Secretary General Inaugurated the Grand Opening of Indonesia Mart in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Thepresidentpost.id - Secretary General of the Ministry of Trade, Suhanto together with the Indonesian Ambassador to Riyadh, Abdul Aziz inaugurated the Grand Opening of Indonesia Mart in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Thursday (23 Nov).
Secretary General Suhanto expressed his full support for the opening of Indonesian stores abroad, especially in Saudi Arabia. With more distribution outlets for Indonesian products, this will also encourage promotion and increase in exports of Indonesian products.
The Secretary General also emphasized the need to accelerate the process of Indonesia's trade agreement with Saudi Arabia in order to increase the competitiveness of Indonesian products in the Saudi Arabian market.
Ambassador Abdul Aziz appreciated the role of the Indonesian Diaspora which is an important element in promoting Indonesian products in Saudi Arabia, one of which was proven through the opening of Indonesia Mart in Riyadh.
Also attending the activity were the Head of the Finance Bureau, Endang Mulyadi; Head of General Bureau, Yan Triono; Indonesian Riyadh Trade Attaché, Gunawan; Head of ITPC Jeddah, Bagas Haryotejo; and Deputy Head of ITPC Jeddah, Muhammad Fadhel Jamali.
