Thepresidentpost.id - Jayapura - Matahari bersinar cerah, memayungi segenap personel Lantamal X yang sedang mengolah raga dirinya di pagi hari ini. Selasa (13/10/20).
Demi menjaga kebugaran tubuh, menebalkan imun fisik, seluruh personil Lantamal X melakukan olah gerak senam aerobik. Demikian diinformasikan Dispen Lantamal X.
Bersama komunitas RY24 Papua, para ksatria penjaga samudera timur Lantamal X mengikuti langkah gerak instruktur Master Coach Robert Young bersama kawan - kawan RY24 Papua.
Dengan hantaran lagu yang dinamis menggugah hasrat, terasa menembus kejenuhan aktifitas sehari - hari disaat pademi Covid - 19 ini.
Ya...inilah olah raga workout beatsize (WOBS) yang sedang booming dan digandrungi masyarakat. WOBS membuat jiwa raga menjadi sehat, kuat, bugar serta membentuk body yang ideal.
Di Lapangan Apel Mako Lantamal X, melalui WOBS setiap individu prajurit dan PNS Lantamal X mendapatkan "asupan vitamin" penambah stamina, menjadikan tubuh lebih fresh, cheerful and excited.
