Opening of the 2023 Mall to Mall Exhibition at Trans Studio Mall, Cibubur
Thepresidentpost.id - Director General of Domestic Trade, Isy Karim officially opened the 2023 Mall to Mall Exhibition at Trans Studio Cibubur, Depok, West Java, Friday (1 Dec). The exhibition will be held for 3 days on 1-3 December 2023.
The Director General of PDN said that household consumption as the main driver of economic growth needs to continue to be maintained. One way is to prioritize and utilize the digital economy, especially trade through electronic systems or electronic commerce and National Online Shopping Day (Harbolnas).
The Director General of PDN explained that Harbolnas in 2022 recorded transactions of IDR 22.7 trillion or an increase of 26% compared to the previous year. Purchases of local products at Harbolnas also show numbers continuing to increase. Harbolnas in 2022 was able to record purchases of local products of IDR 10 trillion, an increase of almost 18% from the previous year.
The Director General of PDN hopes that this year's Harbolnas can increase sales of domestic MSMEs and record larger transactions.
This Mall to Mall exhibition displays several MSME products, such as food and drinks, handicrafts, clothing, bags and beauty products.
