By repainting Padang Old Town, which was completed last year in November, and adding colors to the Siti Nurbaya Bridge, the transformation of Padang City through this Let's Color project has had real positive effects on society in Padang. This generated more smiles for people in Padang, provided more opportunities for local business owners surrounding the two iconic tourist destinations and offered chances to learn more about local heritage for domestic and foreign tourists visiting Padang.
The completion of the Let's Colour project in Padang project has been documented visually and posted on Let's Colour: Padang (West Sumatra, Indonesia) - YouTube, describing clearly the impact of the project that has been elevating the society in Padang.

One of the tourist areas that is being stimulated by the Ministry of Tourism is the Tourism Villages. Tourist villages have an important role, one of which is spurring the potential for the growth of the creative economy in the local environment, as well as providing employment opportunities for residents close to tourist sites. Therefore, if thousands of tourist villages in Indonesia can be beautified with attractive colours, more and more foreign and domestic tourists will be interested in visiting."
